The Summer Party 2023 is for Miltenyi employees only. There will be no shuttle from BGL to Cologne.

Food & Beverages
There will be various food & beverage stations available throughout the location. Please see the area map for more information.
Parking
Unfortunately, parking will not be available on the premises, and public parking in the area is limited, so please use public transportation if possible. We have a limited number of parking spaces reserved in the Q-Park ID parking garage.
In order to maximize the use, and of course to be more environmentally friendly, these are reserved for those carpooling. Through the registration you can apply for tickets. First come, first serve.
DKMS
Together against Blood Cancer!
We would like to offer you to become a stem cell donor. We will have a DKMS registration area at the Miltenyi Street in order for you to give blood cancer patients a real chance of recovery. Come and see us at the Miltenyi Street between 05:00 p.m. and 07:00 p.m.
First Aid
We will have the German Red Cross with a team and their ambulance coach on the campus during all times of the event.

Photo consent
We inform you that photographs will be taken of you at the event. In the case of photographs of individual groups or individuals, the photographer will obtain your oral consent to taking pictures. A selection of photographs will be published on our intranet site (https://www.miltenyibiotec.de/entry/Pages/default.aspx). By participating in the event, you agree to these terms and conditions. Das Sommerfest 2023 ist nur für Miltenyi Mitarbeiter.
Es gibt keinen Shuttleservice von BGL nach Köln und zurück.

Essen & Getränke
Es wird verschiedene Essens- & Getränkestände auf dem Gelände geben. Zur Orientierung hier der Lageplan.
Parken
Da das Parken auf und um das Gelände eine große Herausforderung darstellt, bitten wir euch wenn möglich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anzureisen. Desweiteren haben wir einige Parkplätze im Q-Park ID reservieren können.
Aus ökologischen Gründen und um eine größtmögliche Anzahl an Teilnehmern zu bedienen, sind diese für Fahrgemeinschaften vorgesehen. Über die Registrierung könnt ihr ein Parkticket beantragen.
DKMS
Zusammen gegen Blutkrebs!
Wir freuen uns, dass die DKMS vor Ort sein wird. Wir bieten euch an, Zellspender zu werden und damit Patienten beim Kampf gegen den Blutkrebs zu unterstützen.
Schaut von 15:00 bis 17:00 Uhr am Stand der DKMS auf der Miltenyi Strasse vorbei.
Erste Hilfe
Ein Team vom Deutschen Roten Kreuz wird mit einem Rettungswagen während des gesamten Events vor Ort sein.

Wir informieren euch darüber, dass auf der Veranstaltung Fotos von euch gemacht werden. Bei Aufnahmen von einzelnen Gruppen oder Einzelpersonen wird der Fotograf euer mündliches Einverständnis zu den Aufnahmen einholen.
